Why Klientee exists
We built it for our own brands, before opening it up.
Klientee was born inside the small team Axel and his co-founder run together. We publish our own brands: an online learning platform, a language-learning app, several editorial websites. Each one had the same problem you do. We knew which customers were looking for us, but we had neither the time to write an article a day, nor a sales team to find them and follow up.
So we built the tool for ourselves. It ran every day on our own websites, read our pages, worked out who pays us, wrote, reached out, sorted replies, long before we opened it up to anyone else. Is email outreach legal?
In B2B, yes, under conditions. In the US, CAN-SPAM allows it provided the sender is identified, the message carries a postal address and every opt-out is honored within ten days. In the EU, the message must relate to the recipient's role, the sender must be identified and unsubscribing must be simple and free. Klientee applies these rules to every message and stops sending if unsubscribes start to rise.
Does it replace my marketing?
It replaces the repetitive work: finding, writing, following up, sorting. The decisions stay yours, and they take a few clicks a week.
How long before I see results?
The first replies arrive within one to two weeks, once your sending mailboxes are ready. Warming up the mailboxes takes three to four weeks, included in the starter pack.
Where does my data go?
