Privacy policy

Data collected

When you request an analysis, we record your website address, your email address, a hash of your IP address (to limit abuse) and the browser used. This data is used to send you the analysis and to contact you about it. The legal basis is your own request: you hand us your website so we can analyse it. We keep it for three years after our last exchange, then delete it; the hash of your IP address, used only to limit abuse, is erased after twelve months.

Recipients and processors

Contabo (hosting, Germany), Resend (email sending), PostHog (audience measurement, European Union), Stripe (payment, if you subscribe) and Discord (our internal alerts). Nobody else receives this data, and it is never sold.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to hello@klientee.com. The data controller is Axel Joseph Auguste, reachable at dpo@klientee.com. We answer within a month. If our answer doesn't satisfy you, you can refer the matter to the French data protection authority (CNIL).

Cookies

Audience measurement (PostHog, hosted in the European Union) sets, with the consent you give through the banner, a cookie that recognises your browser from one visit to the next, on klientee.com and app.klientee.com. If you decline, measurement runs without cookies and stores nothing on your device. The "Cookies" link in the footer lets you change your mind. The request form uses a technical cookie to protect against abuse, valid for one hour. The console uses a session cookie.
